This overnight trip in the St Regis Wilderness Area gives you a great experience exploring the smaller ponds of the area. There are six short portages (historically seven, hence the name) connecting 7 beautiful and distinct bodies of water. Longest portage is 0.6 mile. Participants will each carry a backpack of gear or a lightweight Kevlar canoe. Our trip meets at our Saranac Lake Base and paddles from Little Clear Pond to Upper St Regis Lake. Your guide will provide tips for paddling, portaging and camp setup as well as providing amazing food. Transport to and from the canoe trip is included.
Cost per person includes your choice of boat from our rental fleet, as well as the guide, camping gear, food and transportation from our Base.
Basic Cost: $575 per person with minimum of two people
Group Rate: $475 with minimum of four people
